Sharing a Dashboard

You can create a URL linking to a dashboard so that people can view details about your station on a public web page. Click to see a preview of how the dashboard would look if you choose to share it.

To share a dashboard:

1. Click Dashboards and go to the list of your dashboards.
2. Click the dashboard you want to share (click the link of the dashboard name, not , to open the dashboard in view mode rather than edit mode).
3. Click and select On or Sharing. This creates a URL for the dashboard that you can share with others.
   • You can change a portion of the URL to a name you specify. Click to view the part of the URL that can be edited. Make your changes to the editable part of the URL and click to save the new name.
   • Click to copy the URL to the clipboard to paste it elsewhere for sharing with others.
4. Click to return to Your Dashboards. This icon is added to the dashboard in both the tile and list view.

To revoke public access to a dashboard:

1. Click Dashboards and go to the list of your dashboards.
2. Click the dashboard you no longer want to share (click the link of the dashboard name, not , to open the dashboard in view mode rather than edit mode).
3. Click and select Off or Sharing.
4. Click Revoke Access to confirm that you want to turn sharing off for this dashboard and revoke public access. Any URLs you shared for this page will no longer be active and this icon is removed from the Your Dashboards page.
